Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you register your interest or submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and any message content you include. If you make a booking, we also collect dietary requirements and payment details processed securely through Stripe.
How we use it
Your information is used to communicate with you about The Makers' Circuit — upcoming editions, booking confirmations, and responses to your enquiries. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it is stored
Data is stored securely in Supabase (Sydney, Australia region) with row-level security enabled on all tables. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which maintains its own privacy policy. We do not store credit card numbers on our systems.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, and referral source. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google for advertising purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To make a request, email hello@themakerscircuit.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address you have provided. This policy was last updated in April 2026.
